Chai Tea Ice Cream Pops

Chai Tea Ice Cream Pops are delicious. They are creamy and taste like warm chai.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 4 chai tea bags

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar over medium heat


Add chai tea bags and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally


Once simmering, remove from heat and let steep for 20 minutes


Remove tea bags, squeezing out excess liquid


Stir in vanilla extract


Pour mixture into popsicle molds


Insert sticks and freeze until solid, about 4-6 hours


Once frozen, run molds under warm water to release popsicles

Margherita Pizza

A classic Margherita pizza with a thin and crispy crust, topped with tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, ripe tomatoes, and fragrant basil leaves. It's simple yet incredibly delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza dough

  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce

  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1-2 tomatoes, sliced

  • Fresh basil leaves

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 475F 245C


Roll out the pizza dough into a circle on a floured surface


Place the dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet


Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border for the crust


Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce


Arrange tomato slices on top of the cheese


Season with salt and pepper to taste


Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the pizza


Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned


Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves


Slice and serve hot

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 hearts of romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Warm the grill up to a medium-high level


Put shrimp, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl


Toss the shrimp to cover them all


Put shrimp on skewers and grill them for two to three minutes on each side, or until they are pink and opaque


Put chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese in a large bowl


Add shrimp that you grilled to the salad


Add the Caesar dressing to the salad and mix it all together


Serve right away and enjoy!

Linsenburger mit Suesskartoffelpommes und Limettenmayo

This is a classic vegan burger recipe that uses lentils as the main ingredient for the patties. Putting together spicy Linsenburgers, crunchy Skartoffelpommes und fresh lime mayo makes for a delicious experience that you shouldn't miss.

Ingredients:

  • 200g grne oder braune Linsen

  • 1 Zwiebel, gewrfelt

  • 2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt

  • 1 Karotte, gerieben

  • 1 TL Kreuzkmmel

  • 1 TL Paprika

  • Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack

  • 4 Burgerbrtchen

  • 4 Bltter Kopfsalat

  • 4 Scheiben Tomate

  • 4 Scheiben rote Zwiebel

  • 200g Skartoffeln, in Pommes geschnitten

  • 2 EL Olivenl

  • 1 Limette, Saft und Schale

  • 4 EL vegane Mayonnaise

  • 1 TL Ahornsirup

  • 1 TL Dijon-Senf

Instructions:

Cook the lentils according to the directions on the package, then let them cool down and drain


In a pan, heat the olive oil and add the zwiebeln and knoblauch


Cook them until they are dry


The barred karotte was added to and briefly broken


Add the cooked lentils, cross-grain bread, paprika, salt, and pepper, and mix everything well


Take the mixture off the heat


Next, put the Skartoffelpommes on a baking sheet with some olive oil, salt, and pepper


Bake them in the oven at 200C for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until they are crisp


To make the lime mayo, mix the vegan mayonnaise, the lemon juice, the lime zest, the strawberry syrup, and the Dijon mustard in a small bowl


Make the linseed mixture into burger patties and cook them in the same pan until they turn golden brown


If you want to make the burgers even better, top them with lime mayo


Place the burger on a plate with a head salad, a tomato slice, a red pepper slice, and the skartoffelpommes


You should serve the Linsenburger with Swedish kartoffelpommes and lime mayo and enjoy it!

It's a comforting and satisfying meal that combines the best of both worlds!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 4 hamburger buns

  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese

  • 2 cups tomato soup

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl


Combine well


Take the mixture and shape it into 4 burger patties


In a pan over medium-high heat, melt the butter and olive oil


After you add the burger patties, cook them for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them


Put the tomato soup in a different saucepan and heat it over medium-low heat


Add the heavy cream and stir once it's hot


Simmer for a few minutes until it gets a little thicker


Toast the buns for a minute or two in a toaster or a skillet until they get a little crispy


Cover the pan with a lid for one minute to melt the cheese


Then, put a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each burger patty


Put the cheesy burger patty on the bottom half of the toasted bun to put the burgers together


Put some thick tomato soup sauce on top of the patty


Add the other half of the bun and some fresh basil leaves on top

  • 2 lbs chicken wings

  • 2 tbsp Chesapeake seasoning

Instructions:

Preheat smoker to 225F 107C


Season chicken wings with Chesapeake seasoning


Place wings on the smoker rack and smoke for 2 hours


In a small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, melted butter, and chopped parsley to create the garlic Parmesan sauce


Brush the sauce onto the smoked wings during the last 30 minutes of cooking


Continue smoking until wings reach an internal temperature of 165F 74C
