The Best Ham Salad

The Best Ham Salad is a classic salad recipe that is great for using up ham that you have left over. It tastes great and is creamy and tangy at the same time. You can put it in a sandwich, on crackers, or as a side dish to cool things down.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked ham, diced

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped

  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 2 tablespoons sweet relish

  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Lettuce leaves for serving

  • Cherry tomatoes for garnish

Instructions:

Diced ham, mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, finely chopped celery, finely chopped red onion, Dijon mustard, sweet relish, white vinegar, black pepper, and salt should all be put in a large bowl


Add all the ingredients and mix them together until the salad is smooth


Put the ham salad in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it so that the flavors can mix


Put the ham salad on a bed of lettuce and top it with cherry tomatoes

Crack Potatoes

Crack Potatoes are a heavenly combination of creamy, cheesy, and savory flavors. They are perfect as a side dish for any meal or as a standalone snack.

Ingredients:

  • 6 large potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions

  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 190C 375F


When the potatoes are soft, drain them and put them in a large mixing bowl


Place the potatoes in a bowl


Add sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, melted butter, salt, and pepper


Set the bowl aside


Mix everything together well


Put the mixture in a baking dish that has been greased


Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly


Enjoy while hot!

Put brewed milk tea, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl


Whisk until everything is smooth and well mixed


Place the mix into popsicle molds


Place a popsicle stick in each mold


Put it in the freezer for at least four hours, or until it's solid


Take the popsicles out of the molds and enjoy once they are frozen

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C


In a bowl, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt


Mix until it forms a dough-like consistency


Press the dough into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan to create the crust


Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until it's lightly golden brown


Remove and let it cool while you prepare the filling


In a high-speed blender, combine soaked cashews, coconut cream, fresh lemon juice, maple syrup, and vanilla extract


Blend until smooth and creamy


Pour the cashew filling over the crust in the springform pan


Drop fresh blueberries evenly over the cashew filling, gently pressing them down


Place the cheesecake in the freezer and let it set for at least 4 hours or until it's firm


Before serving, remove the cheesecake from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes to soften slightly
