Butterscotch Popsicles

Creamy and rich butterscotch popsicles that are perfect for a hot summer day.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups milk


• 1/2 cup butterscotch chips


• 1/4 cup sugar


• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Over medium heat, warm the milk in a saucepan without letting it boil

Add the sugar and butterscotch chips, and stir them in until they are fully melted and mixed in

Now take it off the heat and mix in the vanilla extract

Wait until the mixture is cool enough to touch

Place the mix into popsicle molds

Put in popsicle sticks and freeze until solid, which should take between 4 and 6 hours or overnight

Take the popsicles out of the molds and enjoy once they are frozen
