Cake Batter Rice Krispie Treats

These Cake Batter Rice Krispie Treats are a fun and colorful twist on the classic marshmallow cereal bars. They have the sweet and nostalgic taste of cake batter, combined with the crunch of Rice Krispies and the fun of rainbow sprinkles. Perfect for parties or a sweet treat anytime!

Ingredients:

• 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal


• 1/4 cup unsalted butter


• 1 package 10 oz marshmallows


• 1/4 cup yellow cake mix


• 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles


• 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, measure out 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal and set aside

In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt 1/4 cup of unsalted butter and the entire package of marshmallows in the microwave

Start with 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the mixture is smooth and well combined

Quickly stir in 1/4 cup of yellow cake mix into the melted marshmallow mixture until it's evenly distributed

Pour the marshmallow mixture over the Rice Krispies cereal and gently fold together until the cereal is coated evenly

Add 1/4 cup of rainbow sprinkles and 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips into the mixture, and fold them in until well distributed

Press the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan, spreading it out evenly and pressing it down firmly

Let the treats cool and set for about 30 minutes
