This burger takes the comforting flavors of creamy tomato soup and transforms them into a delicious burger. The juicy beef patty is topped with melted mozzarella cheese and smothered in a creamy tomato soup sauce, all served on a toasted bun. Instructions:Ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl Combine well Take the mixture and shape it into 4 burger patties In a pan over medium-high heat, melt the butter and olive oil After you add the burger patties, cook them for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them Put the tomato soup in a different saucepan and heat it over medium-low heat Add the heavy cream and stir once it's hot Simmer for a few minutes until it gets a little thicker Toast the buns for a minute or two in a toaster or a skillet until they get a little crispy Cover the pan with a lid for one minute to melt the cheese Then, put a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each burger patty Put the cheesy burger patty on the bottom half of the toasted bun to put the burgers together Put some thick tomato soup sauce on top of the patty Add the other half of the bun and some fresh basil leaves on top Enjoy your Creamy Tomato Soup Burger while it's still hot!
